Similar to skilled workers, foreign students coming to Canada through this program are able to apply for permanent residence after they finish the semester.
The Canada program specifically covers five courses, in fields such as computer programming, physics, math, chemistry, engineering, and pharmacy.
Students can apply for the post-secondary education (LIT) program on their home country’s website after getting their admission from their school of choice. After the list is released, all applicants can submit their applications online in the first week of July.
The 2018 ranking of top universities by Best Countries in which to study in 2019 revealed that the University of Saskatchewan is ranked 10th for the academic year 2019.
